Returns & Exchange

Purchased items are determined Non-Returnable if worn, washed, tags have been removed or have sustained damaged by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Whippersnaps, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase. Please see the next section for instructions on how to start a return.


How to Return or Exchange An Item

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

If you don’t love your purchase from Whippersnaps we’ve made it super easy to return it. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just go through our return process (see next section) ~ your domestic standard shipping cost will be refunded.

First please make sure your purchase fits the following criteria:

  • Purchased items are determined Non-Returnable if worn, washed, tags have been removed or have sustained damaged by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Whippersnaps, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase.
  • If your purchase fits the return criteria simply email us at info@whippersnapsbaby.com. Please share with us your name, order number, and the reason for your return. If you are interested in exchanging an item just let us know. Please allow us up to 24 hours to review your request and we will email you back promptly to confirm your return.
  • Once we have confirmed your return, please ship your purchase (in original packaging if possible) via domestic standard shipping. Once we have received your return, please allow us up to 24 hours to review and submit your refund. Once your refund is submitted you will receive your purchase cost + the return shipping cost to your bank account within 7-14 business days.

Gift Certificate Returns

Returning at item that was purchased using a gift certificate is not that much different than using a credit card. Simply follow the steps in the above section to begin your return.

However, please note that if you return an item that was purchased using a gift certificate, we can only offer store credit which will be stored in your account.

Store credit is easy to use. To use it, simply place your new order and you will be able to choose store credit as the payment method when it comes time to pay for your next order.
